NEED TO RETURN AN ITEM?
We get it! Buying online can be tricky, so we want to make any exchanges or returns as easy as possible for you. Here’s what you need to know:
Eligibility: Items can be returned or exchanged within 30 days of delivery, provided they are in their original condition and unwashed.
Proof of Purchase: Please include your receipt or order confirmation email with your return.
Subject to Availability: All exchanges are subject to the availability of stock. If we don't have the item you want in stock, we’ll be happy to offer you a store credit or refund.
How to Return an Item:
Reach out via email to store@mamamatters.com.au. Let Papi, our Chief Packing Officer know your order number and what you got, and what you would like to exchange it for. Papi will check stock and get back to you ASAP.
Return your item. Package your item securely and include your proof of purchase & your return name and address (important!).

Processing Your Return
Once we receive your return: Papi and Sonny will inspect the item and process your exchange, store credit, or refund within 7-10 business days. You will receive an email notification once it has been sent.
Refunds: Will be issued to the original payment method. Please allow a few extra days for your bank to process the refund.
